5. Warehouse Pickup
- Products may be collected from our warehouse at 32C Princes Highway, Eumemmerring VIC 3177 during business hours.
- Pickup orders must be paid for before or at the time of collection.
- Please bring a valid order confirmation or reference number when collecting your order.
6. Returns & Refunds
- We comply with the Australian Consumer Law regarding consumer guarantees, returns and refunds.
- If a product has a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
- Products returned due to change of mind may be subject to a restocking fee and must be in original, unopened condition.
- Custom-mixed or tinted products cannot be returned unless faulty.
